  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons Rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons Soy sauce (or sub coconut aminos)
  • ¼ cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • General Tso's Sauce
  • ¼ cups Soy sauce (or sub coconut aminos)
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Chili garlic sauce (or sub red chili flakes)
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable stock (or sub water)
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
